Fellowship Ministry
Coordinators: Bill and Scarlett Gibb

All Saints' enjoys a wealth of groups and activities that support and nourish our spiritual lives. Fellowship with each other is not only an enjoyable way to get to know each other, but it is an important part of building a community within which we can grow by learning and sharing our faith with each other. The work of this ministry team is to support and encourage the various groups and activities of our parish. This team also helps to coordinate and schedule our many activities throughout the year.

Gourmet Night
Coordinator: Harry Lawrence

Gourmet Night is held the second Wednesday of each month from September through May. Fellowship begins at 6:00 PM, dinner is served at 6:30 PM and the evening wraps up by 7:30 PM. A group of parishioners gather in the Great Hall Kitchen to prepare a gourmet meal, which is made available to the entire parish. Advance reservations are necessary. There is a cost involved for each person attending and a family cap as well. Specifics about the menu and cost are listed in the monthly newsletter Saints' Alive! and in weekly bulletins prior to the event. Volunteers are needed and welcome to join the set up and clean up crews.

Diners Out
Coordinators: Alec & Paula Gregg

This is not really an organized group, but rather a loosely coordinated dining out at an area restaurant every other month by anyone who wants to attend. It is "Dutch treat" and a fun evening with fellow parishioners. Reservations are necessary to accommodate our group, so call the number listed in the Saints' Alive! or the Sunday Bulletins to reserve your place.

Foyer Dinner Groups
Coordinator: Donna Betteridge

Foyer Dinner groups grew out of the devastation of the bombing of Coventry Cathedral during World War II. People had nowhere to meet and greet each other, so in the entry halls of homes, people began to gather and share what little they had to help each other through those difficult times. Spiritual strength, warm friendships and strong bonds were forged. Foyer Groups have continued to this day. This fall, as you plan your schedule, consider setting aside time to participate in one of All Saints' existing Foyer Groups, or consider starting your own! We would love to have you join us!

Home Fellowship Groups
Coordinator: Cam Overs

Home Fellowship Groups have long been the backbone of parish life in churches both large and small. The opportunity for spiritual growth and fellowship in a small group setting is invaluable. Beginning in October, folks will have the opportunity to join home fellowship groups. Each group will have a host, a facilitator and someone to care for the children. If you are interested, please contact the church office.

Men's Ministry
Coordinator: Cam Overs

The All Saints' Men's Group provides a 3-prong approach to men's ministry. Our time spent together in worship is primary. To that end we sponsor a monthly breakfast focusing on prayer, praise and an inspirational message.

Secondarily, friendships and community are built by our time spent together in fellowship. We sponsor diverse semi-monthly social events (Valentine's Date Night, All Saints' Open, Mother's Day Brunch, Father / Daughter Dance).

Additionally, men enjoy working together. The third phase of our ministry is based on sweat equity. The men of All Saints' have established themselves as a group who can take on large difficult jobs, produce quality workmanship and complete projects in a timely manner. We have completed numerous projects for Christmas-In-April (10 years), Hearts and Hands, Advocates for Homeless Families, and Trinity School as well as many home improvement projects for members of the congregation.

Women's Sharing Group
Coordinator: Ann Hess

Friday morning sharing group has long been a tradition at All Saints' Church. We are a group of Women who, like you, yearn to be at peace. Sharing Group gives a sense of serenity to those of us who attend.

Meetings start with coffee and a group prayer. We pray about things that weigh heavily on our hearts or on the hearts of those close to us. Then we share our every day struggles and inevitably the scripture always has a beautiful answer for us.

Please join us this year. We meet the second and fourth Friday of every month. Drop ins are welcome anytime. Check FCPS calendar. When schools do not meet, we do not meet either.

St. Mary's Chapter
Chapter President: Katherine Grandine

St. Mary's Chapter was organized in 1886 to help the rector in parish work. The membership of men and women today raises money to help support special projects for the physical plant of the church and provides financial support to groups both inside and outside the church. The group enjoys fellowship and excellent programs at their monthly luncheons. To learn more about St. Mary's Chapter or to join the group, please contact Sara Gibson, President.

Bridge Club
Contact: Ann Lebherz

Meets once a month on Friday evenings.
