The short definition is that Rebuilding Together (formally Xmas in April) is a nation wide program designed for the last weekend in April to get the communities and volunteers to help improve and repair homes of those who are incapable or unable to upkeep their property. Sounds like we all can all use this kind of service, yet others need this more than we do.
