Chalice Bearers

Licensed chalice bearers faithfully administer the communion cup during our services of Holy Eucharist. Many of them are also licensed Lay Eucharistic Visitors who extend our communion table to those in our community who are not able to be present with us during our worship services. Anyone interested in becoming a chalice bearer should speak with the Rector. You must be confirmed or received in the Episcopal Church and willing to serve in all of our worship settings. Typically those in this ministry serve in two services a month. Training is provided and is necessary to meet diocesan requirements for licensing.
