Presentation on Bright Beginnings

On Sunday, August 9th, at 9:00 am in the Great Hall, Linda Miller and Rev. Angela Furlong will be presenting on our partnership with Bright Beginnings Learning Center in Ponnur, India. Founded in May 2021, by husband-and-wife team, John Vicliff and Sudha Rani, the learning center just celebrated its fifth anniversary. Sixty-three students attend and there are twenty children on the waiting list. Seven students are now attending college level classes! They provide after school tutoring, a daily meal with protein, Christian education, recreational time on play equipment, basic medical care, sewing classes, introductory computer education, and counseling. Please join us and learn more about this thriving ministry and the ways in which we support them.
