Lenten Meditation Booklet- Writers Needed The All Saints InSpired Chapter of the the Daughters of The King is beginning preparations for the creation of the 2027 Lenten Meditation Booklet. Starting February 10th, we will walk those 40 days and nights with our Lord, and accompanying all of us will be a compilation of daily meditations on the lectionary. This biennial tradition of our parish, while compiled and supported by the InSpired DOK Chapter, relies on the insights and writing talents of many. Each volunteer writer will receive 2-3 scripture readings associated with a Lenten day assigned to you. You read, reflect upon, and choose one scripture and then write a short reflection on those words. Also, you will select a word of the day to correlate with your submission. We have seen reflections returned to us a poems, haikus, drawings, summaries and insights.
